Dashboard
Accessible to via the uStudio Admin Console, the Dashboard provides a combination of charts, graphs and tables designed to give administrators program health at a glance and content and user playback data.
Access the Dashboard via the Administration button on the bottom left of the uStudio Admin Console.
The following analytics can be found in the Dashboard:
- Program Overview
- Usage Trends
- Program Content Metrics
- Named User Analytics
- All-Event Export
Show and Episode Statistics
Content metrics provide episode consumption data organized by an aggregate number of plays and average engagement.

Custom Reporting
An Events log can be accessed from the uStudio Dashboard for those looking to download a CSV to see more granular details, build custom charts on usage, or to analyze usage behaviors and patterns. Data can also be uploaded directly into any third party system that can take a CSV such as Tableau or Power BI.
Custom reports are also available by working directly with uStudio Customer Support (support@ustudio.com).
API Integrations
Administrators can use uStudio APIs to integrate uStudio data into your own data and analysis system of record. This allows you to view playback data correlations with your LMS, Intranet or other systems.
