New Playlist for Downloads.Soon to be released is a convenient new ‘Downloads’ playlist in the My Library section of the uStudio mobile app. This feature makes it easier than ever for users to access the content they download on their mobile devices. The Downloads playlist neatly organizes and displays all episodes that a user has downloaded, ensuring easy access to content when offline or on-the-go.
Sourcing Streams. We're rolling out a new link tracking feature that allows admins and data analysts to gain better insight into where plays are coming from. The Link Tracking feature will give admins valuable insights into where and how their audience's access content, i.e. which share links are they clicking. Admins will be able to track when a link is clicked and in some cases identify the specific application from which the link was generated. Currently in Beta testing, this feature promises to provide a deeper understanding of audience playback. We plan to make this feature available to all uStudio users before the end of the year. Stay tuned.

The more you share…Building on our commitment to user experience and content discovery, we’ve introduced a 'Share Show' icon in our mobile and Web apps to complement the existing 'Share Episode' functionality. This new addition lets end users effortlessly share entire series with teams or colleagues, expanding content reach and awareness to a wider audience, encouraging deeper connections and group discussions around shows.
Mark an episode as Played. The inclusion of the 'Mark As Played' feature in our mobile app now brings it in alignment with the functionality already present in our Web app. This standardization across platforms guarantees a consistent and uniform experience for your users as they consume content across app formats.
Stronger UI design for Played status. We have enhanced the visibility of the “played” status of an episode in both mobile and Web apps by incorporating a green checkmark icon next to the play button. This thoughtful design change not only adds an element of visual clarity but also enhances the user experience by providing a clear and intuitive indicator as to whether content has been previously played.
♪ Just a little patience, yeah ♪.An alert message has been added to the content administration interface reminding you about processing times when creating embeddable players. The message lets administrators know that content security is being implemented on player Easy Embeds and may take some time before it’s ready to be played. Simply wait for that processing to finish before embedding it on a page. You can refresh the preview window to check and see whether the content becomes visible. Protip: advanced administrators can use the Hub to check processing stages.
