uStudio generates email notifications to end users to alert of newly published episodes and as a part of the user invitation workflow (when SSO is not configured).
There are a few measures you can take to make these system-generated emails feel like a natural extension of your company's brand: add a custom banner to the digest emails, customize the email sender name and set an internal reply-to email address.

Add a Custom Banner to Emails
A strong streaming program brand helps audience members easily identify and locate streaming content easier. Promote your streaming program brand and help your audience identify that digest emails are from a sanctioned company tool by inserting your own artwork at the top of the email notifications.
Contact support@ustudio.com to leverage a custom banner. Use this Photoshop template to facilitate the creation of your custom artwork. The email banner should be 600px wide by 300px tall @ 72ppi.
Customize Email Sender Name
The email sender name is the display name that appears alongside the sending email address on uStudio-generated emails. Incorporating your company name or streaming program name in the sender name can help your audience understand that the email is being generated from an internal tool and can be trusted.
To customize your email sender name, contact support@ustudio.com.
Note: the email sender name and the actual sending email address are independent. While you are able to set the sender display name, the sending email address is not configurable as to ensure proper system functionality.
Set an Internal Reply-to Email Address
If you would like to keep an open dialogue with your audience via email, you can set the reply-to email address of the uStudio-generated emails. Without customization, any replies are sent to a noreply inbox and not processed.
When customized, we will configure your account's uStudio-generated emails to reply-to an email address specific for your company. At that point, your company has the opportunity to process and respond to any emails that your audience might send. This configuration is especially helpful for assisting new users through the initial login process (if not using SSO), and general troubleshooting and episode feedback.
