The feedback feature in the uStudio mobile and desktop applications allows audience members to provide valuable input on the content they consume. This feature is designed to enhance the overall experience by facilitating direct communication between the audience and content creators, helping to improve future episodes and maintain high-quality standards.
The feedback form includes a thumbs up/thumbs down rating, which is required and an commentary section. Both the rating and the commentary is only viewable by the admins in the uStudio Administration Console.

How to get more feedback
As an admin, you have several tools and strategies at your disposal to encourage more feedback from your audience.
- Feedback Reminders. Regularly remind your audience about the feedback feature available in the app. Mention it during the content and include a brief guide on how to use it.
- Ask for Specific Feedback. Pose specific questions to your audience at the end of your episodes. For example, "What did you think of today's topic?" or "How can we improve our next episode?"
- Highlight Feedback in Recordings. Feature feedback during content to give audience members recognition and comfort that their feedback is being received.
- Rewards. Offer small rewards for valuable feedback.
- Respond. Engage in further conversation with audience members who give feedback. Not only will you gain greater insight, it will assure them their voice is being heard and encourage them to give more feedback in the future.
