uStudio allows you to add a custom message on the sign-in screen just below your custom branding. It is an optional text field to communicate to your audience before they are directed into the Single Sign-On (SSO) workflow. This feature provides a unique opportunity for your organization to personalize the audience experience, reinforce brand messaging, or provide helpful information to your users prior to login. This message can also include a hyperlink if you want to provide reference materials to the audience.
Why Use a Custom Sign-In Message?
The custom sign-in message can serve several purposes, including:
- Brand Consistency: Reinforce your company’s identity by providing messaging in line with your corporate branding.
- Instructions for New Users: Provide brief instructions to first-time users on how to log in or what to expect next.
- Security Assurance: Offer reassurance to users that they are entering a secure, trusted login process.
Important Notes
- This message will appear every time users access the sign-in screen, so ensure that the content is applicable to all user sessions.
- The message will not affect the SSO workflow or any functionality beyond the sign-in page.
- Custom messages are limited to 200 characters.
- Hyperlinks can be added to the end of custom sign-in messages.
