What is uStudio?
uStudio is a platform that delivers secure, on-demand access to your organization's audio and video content in a familiar mobile app and desktop experience. With an intuitive interface and seamless playback, you can explore, stream, and download exclusive content from your organization anytime, anywhere. Simply log in using your organization's credentials to get started!
How do I access uStudio?
You can access uStudio in several ways:
- On the Web: Visit https://podcast-web.ustudio.com/
- On iOS (Apple): Download the uStudio app from the App Store.
- On Android: Download the uStudio app from the Google Play Store.
What is my company code?
Your company code allows you to access your organization's content within uStudio. After entering your company code, you'll follow your standard corporate authentication workflow. If you don't know your company code, check internal resource pages about the uStudio offering or contact your administrator.
How do I log in to the uStudio app?
Log in via your standard corporate credentials using Single Sign-On (SSO).
What devices and operating systems are supported?
uStudio supports most modern mobile devices (iOS and Android) and desktop browsers.
Can I use uStudio without an internet connection?
Yes, in the uStudio mobile app, you can download eligible content to your device for offline access.
How do I find specific episodes or shows?
Use the search bar or browse through categories and playlists to find what you’re looking for.
Why can’t I access certain episodes or shows?
Access is determined by your organization. If you think something is missing, contact your administrator.
Is there a way to follow shows or episodes?
Yes, you can follow shows to stay updated on new episodes. Simply tap the bell icon button on a show’s page, and it will appear in the My Library section for easy access. When new content is published to the Show, you'll receive an email notification and a mobile push notification if you have the mobile app downloaded and notifications enabled.
How do I control playback (e.g., fast-forward, rewind, change playback speed)?
Use the playback controls at the bottom of the screen to pause, skip forward/back, or adjust the playback speed.
What happens if I pause and exit the app? Will it remember my place?
Yes, the app saves your progress, so you can resume where you left off.
How do I enable or disable notifications?
You can manage email notifications in the Settings section of the account dropdown in the upper right of the mobile app and desktop. Push notifications can be enabled/disabled in your device’s settings.
Will I be notified when new episodes are available?
Yes, when you follow a show and if notifications are enabled, you’ll receive alerts for new content published to that show. You'll also be notified when there is new featured content.
How do I check for app updates?
Visit your device’s app store to check for the latest updates and install them if available. The desktop application will always be up to date.
Can I share content with others?
Throughout the app, you'll find share icons to share content with your co-workers. When they receive the link, they will be prompted to login if they are not already. After login, they will be directed to the content if they have access to it.
Is there a way to provide feedback or request features?
Yes, throughout the application, you have the opportunity to provide your administrators with feedback about the content. To give feedback about the application, use the Give Feedback menu in the account dropdown in the top right of the desktop and mobile application.
