iTunes requires a podcast/feed have at minimum 3 episodes.
iTunes is a feed-based publishing platform. This means it wants to see that you have a lot of content available for folks in the iTunes Store.
At minimum, you must have 3 videos added to iTunes for the podcast to be accepted.
