iTunes lists podcast episodes from newest to oldest always offering up the latest at the top.
iTunes (by default) lists episodes in reverse chronological order, with the newest episode atop the list, and the oldest at the very end of the list.
To reorder episodes, select the podcast destination on the left-hand navigation bar and, once you see the episodes of your podcast in the gallery or list view, simply click Reorder Videos on the bottom action strip. On the following screen, drag your episodes up and down the list until they are in the order you want. Then click "Done Reordering" at the bottom of the screen.
If you or a subscriber notice that several episodes are showing up out of order, this is probably because multiple episodes were drag-and-dropped into the iTunes destination at the same time. To rectify this, the best path is to remove all the videos from your podcast destination and republish them, one at a time, in backwards order.
NOTE: Any episodes that were published to the podcast destination when the feed was submitted to iTunes cannot be reordered. Reordering episodes, either by dragging and dropping, or unpublishing and republishing, will only change the order of the episodes post-submission. Anyone who has already subscribed to the channel will not see a change in the episode order.
