It's possible to lock yourself out of your uStudio account with too many incorrect login attempts. It is recommended you use the forgot password route if you are unsure of your password.
uStudio's security policy allows up to 10 login attempts. After the 10th failure, the account will be locked for 15 minutes before a user can attempt to login again.
We suggest using the "forgot password" link if you have several login failures.
