There are several common analytics reports available in the video platform Hub. Other integration partners may provide additional reporting metrics.
We make every piece of data we capture available for all customers via our Analytics API. For more information, please watch our helpful Analytics API Tutorial. We're also happy to share a python script template - please reach out to your Account Manager or support@ustudio.com to request it.
Some examples of available metrics are:
- Viewer - Must be passed via the player (e.g. via SSO)
- Device - Browser and operating system analytics are available
- Drop off rate - uStudio tracks viewer counts throughout the event; 3rd party integrations may provide additional data
- Region or IP Address - Extracted from the IP address, which is also available
