Question: I am an admin and I am not getting the email when I click the "forgot password" when trying to login.
Answer: I would need you to reset your password on this screen: https://app.ustudio.com. When you enter in your email be sure to use the upper and lower case structure in which your account was initially created with.
The email will be sent from notifications@ustudio.com and titled "uStudio Password Reset for...". Please make sure to trust that email account to ensure it will not be caught in your spam folder.
