Question: When I send invites to users through the PMC they are not getting the email. How can I make sure my users get the emails through the uStudio system?
Answer: This is most likely due to your system identifying emails from uStudio as spam. There is a way your IT team can whitelist emails from uStudio by following the instructions below.

As part of the user’s initial sign up process, they will be sent an email with a link to verify their email address. In order to ensure your users receive these emails, please allow emails with the following characteristics.
- From: Your Podcast Name <no-reply@auth0user.net>
- “Your Podcast Name” is configurable by you when you set up your private corporate podcast.
