Every organization communicates differently, but successful podcast launches typically include a combination of pre-launch awareness, launch day announcements, and post-launch engagement activities.

The examples below are designed to help you communicate the value of your content, explain how employees can access it, and encourage ongoing engagement with your program.

Tip: Focus your messaging on the content employees will receive rather than the technology itself. Employees are more likely to engage when they understand the value of the information available to them.

Not every organization will use every communication channel. Select the channels that best align with your internal communications strategy and audience preferences.
