This covers one possible experience for the first time use experiences for uStudio Customers. In this use case, the Customer has set up MDM (Mobile Device Management), SSO (Single Sign-On), and VPN (Virtual Private Network). This is the most “secure” configuration a Customer can use. In all mockup flows to follow, “EcoCloud” is an imaginary company that is used as an example. There is a term glossary at the bottom of the page.

Glossary:
MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT (MDM)
Mobile devices owned by the company are used by their team members. In these cases, the uStudio app is a pre-approved and pre-installed app on the MDM they are issued.
SINGLE SIGN-ON (SSO)
Companies that use SSO allow their team members to use one account to sign on to multiple platforms (like the uStudio Podcast App).
VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK (VPN)
Companies may require their team members to access company data via a secure IP address like a VPN.
BRING YOUR OWN DEVICE (BYOD)
This is the scenario where a company allows team members to use their own personal devices to use and access company data and content.
COMPANY-ISSUED
Mobile devices owned by the company are used by their team members. In these cases, the uStudio app is a pre-approved and pre-installed app on the MDM they are issued. Same as MDM.
TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)
Some companies require two tokens to sign into accounts. Typically this is a secure password and a 6 digit one-time passcode generated by an authenticator.
