The Follow feature allows your audience to stay connected with their favorite shows effortlessly. Following a show ensures audience members stay up-to-date with new episodes, enjoy easy access to their preferred content, and personalize their content experience to match their interests and preferences.
By following a show, an audience member receives email notifications and mobile push notifications (if the user has them enabled) when new content is published, ensuring they never miss out on important content.
Audience members can follow any show within the mobile or desktop streaming app by navigating to the show’s page and toggling on the + button.
When the show is followed, a checkmark will be displayed. All followed shows are conveniently located in the user's My Library section, allowing them to easily find and access their preferred content.
Admin Tip: Promote the Follow Feature. Encourage users to follow shows to enhance engagement and ensure they receive timely updates. You can do this in digital or print advertisements, in your standard communication channels, and by including it in your podcast recording.
