You have the ability to reactivate access for a specific audience member through the uStudio Management Console (UMC). You can do so by following the steps below.
- At the bottom-left click Administration.
- Go to the Users section.
- Find the user you would like to reactivate access within the Deactivated list. You can select this list via the drop-down towards the right.
- Click on the name of the user in which you would like to reactivate access.
- Click the Edit User button in top right of the screen.
- Select Activated in the User Status drop-down.
- Click Save.
- The user will have access to the application again.
Please note that reactivation can be automated via SCIM within your identity provider.
