As a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Transformation, Lauren spearheaded the creation of new and streamlined field communication vehicles, including pioneering the Pega Podcasts. She was also instrumental in partnering with Product Marketing and field teams for strategic sales plays ranging from individual campaigns to Pega’s COVID-19 pandemic response. In February 2021, she was promoted to Chief-of-Staff / Go-to-Market Business Manager for the Office of the President, overseeing sales, strategy, alliances, client success & professional services, and marketing.
