The Promotion Center gives admins a centralized place to access ready-to-use links and QR codes for promoting their uStudio app. These resources are designed for launch communications, onboarding materials, and evergreen internal resources—making it easy to drive app adoption without linking to specific content.
The Promotion Center is available as a tab within the Content Area of the uStudio Management Console.

What You’ll Find in the Promotion Center
The Promotion Center includes several links that point audiences directly to your app experience.
Link to Your Application (Browse / Home)
This link directs users to the home screen of your application and is designed to be easy to reuse across your own materials:
- On desktop, it opens the web experience
- On mobile, it opens the app or guides users to download it if the app is not yet installed
The application link includes:
- One-click copy to quickly copy and paste the URL into emails, documents, intranet pages, or onboarding guides
- A copyable QR code, allowing you to one-click copy a PNG image for use in slide decks, PDFs, posters, or printed materials
This is the recommended link for:
- App launch announcements
- Onboarding guides
- Internal portals, resource hubs, or approved app lists
- Evergreen "How to access the app" documentation
For links to specific shows or episodes, admins should continue using links from the Shows or Episodes sections of the console.
App Store Download Links
The Promotion Center also includes direct App Store download links, which are generally recommended for sharing with users who need to install the app:
- Apple App Store: This link will be used when sharing installation instructions with iPhone or iPad users, or when including the app in Apple-focused onboarding materials.
- Google Play Store: Use this link when directing Android users to install the app or when sharing platform-specific guidance.
When you are unaware of what platform your audience will be accessing the app on, we recommend including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and the link to the application (from the above section) for desktop access.
Each App Store link includes one-click copy, making it easy to paste into onboarding materials, help documentation, internal sites, or user communications. These links ensure users are directed to the correct store listing for your organization’s app.
Support for Whitelabel apps
For organizations using a whitelabel app, the Promotion Center surfaces the correct store links for your private listing:
- Apple (iPhone and iPad): This link is required, as whitelabel iOS apps do not appear in App Store search results. Users must access the private listing directly via the provided link or QR code.
- Android: This link simplifies access to the app. While the app may also be discoverable via search, sharing the direct link ensures a consistent installation experience.
Admins can confidently share these links or QR codes knowing they will route users to the appropriate private app listing.
