uStudio Support Portal Account Setup

Set up your account to access uStudio’s Support Portal by following these steps below:

1. Go to https://ustudiodev.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
2. Enter your email address and click Next
   
3. Click Create password
   
4. Check your email for uStudio Support and click Reset my password
   
5. Enter your desired password and click Confirm
   
6. Now you can submit tickets by following the prompts on the landing page.
   
7. Review current request at the top-right menu by clicking your profile icon
