Accurate transcripts help make your content more searchable, accessible, and useful for your audience. To improve transcription quality, uStudio supports two optional customization features that help the transcription service better recognize your organization's terminology and automatically correct recurring transcription errors.

Find and Replace
Find and Replace allows you to automatically correct words or phrases that are consistently transcribed incorrectly.
You may provide up to 100 replacements, with each find or replacement value limited to 100 characters.

Common Terminology
Common Terminology helps the transcription model recognize important words, phrases, acronyms, and names that may otherwise be misunderstood. This is particularly helpful for company-specific terminology, product names, acronyms, executive names, and technical language.
Each term is assigned a weight between 1 and 20, where higher values tell the model to pay closer attention to that phrase.
