You have the ability to immediately revoke access for a specific audience member through the uStudio Management Console (UMC). You can do so by following the steps below.
- At the bottom-left click Administration.
- Go to the Users section.
- Find the user you would like to revoke access within the Activated or Registered list. You can select these lists via the drop-down towards the right.
- Click on the name of the user in which you would like to revoke access.
- Click the Edit User button in top right of the screen.
- Select Deactivated in the User Status drop-down.
- Click Save.
- The user will no longer have access to the application.

When a user is deactivated through the UMC, they will see the following screens when attempting to login into the mobile or web application.
Please note that deactivation can be automated via SCIM within your identity provider.
