Types of Email Notifications
New Episode Emails
Audience members who follow a show will receive an email notification each time a new episode is available to them. All Audience members are automatically followers of the News show by default.
Digest Emails
Digest emails ensure your audience stays consistently informed by featuring the ten most recently published pieces of content. Digests are sent automatically at a weekly and monthly cadence, offering a reliable and steady flow of updates. The email will be tailored to the individual audience member, populated with only the episodes that the user has permission to access.
The weekly email digest is delivered each Monday. The monthly email digest is delivered on the first Friday of each month.
Administrators, you can customize the banner of your digest emails to match your streaming brand.
